Additional customs costs, taxes and fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries. Please inform yourself about the individual regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. All additional costs are to be borne by you.

We ship international orders outside Europe with DHL Express.
Immediately after your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL Express tracking number.

How can I track my shipment?

After your order has been shipped, you will find your DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.

 

In individual cases, increased volumes at our shipping partners may result in shipments being processed with a delay. If you don't see any movement of your package after a few days, please feel free to contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com . However, an investigation into the whereabouts of the shipment is only possible after 14 days.





Can I pick up my order in store?

Unfortunately, the shipping option “Pick up from the Darmstadt store” is currently not available, but will be offered again soon. If you would like to pick up items in store, please do not place an order in the online shop, but rather contact our customer service on 06151-629210. The desired items will then be reserved for you and will be ready for you to try on/pick up in the store from 1 p.m. on the following working day (the reservation is valid for 3 working days). Payment is then also made in the store. Please note that purchasing on account is unfortunately not possible.

What happens if my order couldn't be delivered?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. If desired, it is possible to resend your order within Germany, but unfortunately address changes are not possible. Please contact us in good time if you want to send it again. If we don't hear from you, your money will be refunded.

 

If your shipping address is outside Germany and the package is returned to us, your money will be refunded. Asphaltgold reserves the right to withhold shipping costs in the event of incorrect address information or refusal of acceptance.





What do I have to do if my order arrives damaged/incorrect?

If there is anything wrong with your order, please contact hello@asphaltgold.com with your order number. In order to process it, we need pictures of the corresponding order, any damage and the shipping box. Please keep this until we have informed you about the next steps. Unfortunately, a complaint is not possible without the outer packaging.
