CAN I send my order to a Packstation within Germany?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a DHL Packstation within Germany. Shipping costs are €5, and orders over €70 qualify for free shipping.

In the field for street and house number : please enter the Packstation + number , e.g. Packstation 598. Packstation must also be entered if it is a post office branch, etc.

CAN I also send my order to a parcel locker outside of Germany?

Do I have to pay additional taxes and customs duties?
Within the EU, no customs duties or import fees apply to shipments. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. Please check the specific regulations of your shipping country before placing your order. All additional costs are your responsibility.

When will my order be delivered?
Germany: Standard delivery time 2 - 4 working days
EU, Switzerland and UK: 3 - 5 working days
International: 3 - 5 working days

As soon as we hand your shipment over to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been shipped, you will find your DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update.
In rare cases, high volume at our shipping partners may cause delays in processing shipments. If your package hasn't been tracked after a few days, please contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com . However, tracking your shipment will only be possible after 14 days.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes, you can also pick up your order at one of our stores in Darmstadt or Frankfurt am Main.
Simply select the "Pick-up" shipping option at checkout and choose your preferred store location. Shipping to our stores is free for you.
As soon as your order has arrived on site and is ready for collection, we will inform you by email.
What happens if my order could not be delivered?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. Within Germany, we can resend your order upon request; however, address changes are unfortunately not possible. Please contact us promptly if you would like your package resent. If we do not hear from you, your money will be refunded.
If your shipping address is outside of Germany and the package is returned to us, you will be refunded. Asphaltgold reserves the right to retain shipping costs in the event of incorrect address information or refusal of acceptance.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged/defective?
Should there be any problem with your order, please contact us at hello@asphaltgold.com with your order number. To process your request, we will need photos of the order, any damage, and the shipping box. Please keep the shipping box until we have informed you about the next steps. Unfortunately, a claim cannot be processed without the original packaging.
