Sky High Farm Universe is a New York-based brand founded to support and expand the work of Sky High Farm. The brand advocates for a more equitable food system and introduces an innovative business model that reverses the traditional wealth hierarchy. 50% of profits are donated to Sky High Farm annually, while the remaining profits are distributed to employees and investors. Through the Wholesale Donation Program (WDP), all retail partners - such as Asphaltgold - are required to make a donation to the farm before selling products, indirectly turning customers into donors. Sky High Farm Universe was created in partnership with Dover Street Market and is manufactured, sold and distributed by them.
