WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Germany & Austria:5 € for orders up to 70 €, free shipping after that
France & Netherlands: 5 € for orders up to 100 €, free shipping thereafter
International: see Helpcenter.


DHL will make up to two delivery attempts. If you are not present at both attempts, the package will be available for pickup at the nearest post office for 7 business days. After that, the package will be returned to us.


WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Germany:1 - 3 days
Europe:3 - 5 days
International: 3 - 7 days*.

*may differ due to customs clearance in the destination country, among others

HOW CAN I SEE WHERE MY ORDER IS?

After your order has been shipped, you will find a link in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this link to track the current delivery status of your order online. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking to update.

CAN I SHIP TO A PACKING STATION?

To have your order shipped to a Packstation, you must have registered on the DHL Packstation website.Here is the link to the Packstation.

When you enter the delivery address for your order to a DHL Packstation, in addition to your first and last name, you must enter the postal number (your DHL Packstation customer number) and the DHL Packstation you have chosen as a different delivery address.

Please enter the postal number in the additional address field. Please enter the word "Packstation" in the "Street" field and the number of the desired Packstation in the "House number" field. Then please enter the postal code and the city of the DHL Packstation.

CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES

Within the EU there are no customs or import fees for shipping. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs charges, taxes and fees will apply. RETURN SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE GERMANY

We offer free return shipping only for orders within Germany. Therefore you would have to pay the shipping costs yourself and can choose a shipping company of your choice - but we recommend insured shipping. Please stamp and send us your unworn, original packed goods in a parcel to the following address:

After the goods have been returned and checked by our returns department, we will refund your money (excl. return shipping costs) in the same way it reached us. For an exchange or a different size/model, please place a separate order.
