Salomon from Annecy, France, has been making gear for the mountains since 1947 and has deeply embedded itself in the streetwear scene. François Salomon started the company producing ski edges in a small workshop. The Salomon XT-Quest GTX continues this dual role: it combines the best of two well-known Salomon shoes, wrapping the foot like the XT-Wings trail runner while offering the comfort, stability, and grip of the Quest 4D 3 hiking shoe. This version comes in the Black / Delicioso / Green Jacket colorway, blending a dark base with warm earth tones and a green accent. The mesh construction and GORE-TEX membrane keep moisture out without sacrificing breathability. Contagrip underfoot and the layered design provide the technical, functional look that defines the silhouette. The XT-Quest stands at the center of the Gorpcore chapter, bringing outdoor tech from the mountain trail to the city.
