Nike introduces the Vomero label with the Wmns Vomero Premium QS *Oreo* in its thickest version. The Vomero Premium offers the most cushioning Nike has ever incorporated into a shoe – not just in a running model, but in any Nike shoe. The *Oreo* name describes the look: black mesh upper, metallic silver swooshes for contrast, white speckles on the toe and side, and a midsole that starts black with white speckles and transitions to white with dark spots – featuring blue-tinted Air Zoom units at the forefoot and heel. Underfoot, a full-length ZoomX midsole – Nike's softest cushioning material – works around two articulated Air Zoom units, one under the heel and one under the forefoot. The result is deep, pillow-like cushioning with more bounce than pure max-stack foam: the heel unit absorbs landing impact, the forefoot provides a soft trampoline feel, and a gentle rocker keeps transitions smooth.
