With the Nike ACG Pegasus Trail Gore-Tex, Nike brings one of its most reliable running silhouettes under the ACG banner. ACG stands for All Conditions Gear, a line that started in 1989 for those seeking the outdoors while looking good. Nike has officially replaced the classic Pegasus Trail series and brought the shoe into the outdoor category – a step that combines the Road-to-Trail DNA of the original with true trail capability. The Pure Platinum colorway features a cool, understated palette: light textile mesh in the upper, accented with black on the Swoosh and details. The upper is made of lightweight engineered mesh that combines durability and breathability. Underneath, the React cushioning works while the integrated Gore-Tex membrane keeps feet dry. A clean platinum tone that works in the wet gray of winter and translates the rustic ACG character into an urban format.
