Mizuno and Sean Wotherspoon meet here for the first time – and the result bears the mark of the man who revolutionized the sneaker world with cord and color. Wotherspoon, founder of the Round Two store in Los Angeles, is one of the most influential designers in the scene. For the Mizuno x Sean Wotherspoon Wave MG4 LS, he applies his material mix to a Y2K runner silhouette from Mizuno's Sportstyle line. The Light Blue / Off White / Red colorway thrives on layering different textures: striped denim meets airy mesh, complemented by cream laces, red accents at the toe, and yellow speckles on the side panels. The white sole showcases the typical Wave structure, with SWJP branding on the tongue, panel, and heel tab. The concept behind it: one silhouette, two worlds – from the streets of Shibuya to the mountains. This blue version is the globally available side of the story and captures the nature half of the campaign.
