Karhu originates from Helsinki, founded in 1916, and is deeply rooted in running culture with the legendary Flying Finns. The Karhu Fusion XT carries this heritage into the present: Inspired by the Karhu XT from the mid-90s, the silhouette references the brand's cross-training roots and honors the era when Karhu also had court models. A model with archival feel and clear stance. The Pine Bark / Scarab colorway brings a muted, earthy palette to the chunky silhouette. Mesh and textile in the upper meet overlay-like side panels and the iconic M-logo, drawing design cues from the 1996 Fusion. Underneath runs a gum sole, adding a warm retro undertone. At its core, Karhu's Fulcrum, developed in the 80s as a pivot point for the foot during the heel-to-toe transition. A nod to the archive, blending forest tones and tech heritage into a cohesive winter statement.
