Description Karhu Fusion 2.0

The Karhu Fusion 2.0 comes from Helsinki, where the Finnish brand has been making sports history since 1916 – from the spikes of the legendary Flying Finns to its own Fulcrum technology developed with the University of Jyväskylä in the mid-80s. The silhouette is based on the original from 1996, one of the most technical running shoes of its time, reinterpreted for the present. The Shaved Chocolate / Peach Bloom version features a muted brown that breaks up with a soft rose. The layered upper combines nylon, mesh, and leather for a look that blends trekking DNA with city attitude – chunky but never overloaded, with subtle textile branding instead of loud logos. About Karhu

The Finnish brand Karhu was founded in 1916 and initially produced javelins, discuses, and skis, followed a few years later by running shoes. Karhu sneakers are particularly well known for their Fulcrum technology. This was developed in 1987 and has since been tested and perfected at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland and Iowa State University in the USA. It provides the sneakers with targeted cushioning, enabling a more natural running feel and better acceleration.
