    The Adidas SL 72 RS brings one of the quietest legends from the adidas archive back to the present. The original SL 72 was launched in 1972 as a lightweight running shoe, with 'SL' standing for 'Super Light' and '72' for the year of release, aiming to benefit from the running boom of the seventies. It was also one of the first shoes with the Trefoil logo. The RS version adopts the upper material design but places it on a sturdier sole – 'RS' stands for 'reshaped'. In the Focus Olvie / Core Black / Khaki Three colorway, the palette remains muted and earthy. Textile upper meets leather overlays, adding depth and structure to the sleek silhouette. The serrated profile of the Three Stripes and the upgraded outsole bring the runner into the here and now without diluting the vintage DNA. An olive-toned colorway for the cold season – understated, robust, and made for gray streets instead of tracks.
