    The Adidas Powerphase comes from the deep archive of the Three Stripes. As fitness became a mass phenomenon in the 80s and Reebok introduced the Workout as a gym sneaker, Adidas responded in 1987 with the Powerphase. A low-profile trainer that later became a streetwear favorite and gained new fame three decades later when Kanye West reinterpreted it for the Yeezy 'Calabasas'. This version features Footwear White as the base, accented by Night Indigo and Chalk White. A leather upper, clean lines, and the characteristic reduced design language of the Powerphase. Instead of classic 3-Stripes, perforated lines mark the side – a de-branded look that remains unmistakably Adidas. Below is a robust rubber sole that subtly recalls its training origins. The Powerphase embodies the idea that reduced design never goes out of style.
