Description Adidas Handball Spezial

The Adidas Handball Spezial has long moved from the court to the street. Originally designed in 1979 as a performance shoe for handball professionals on Europe's indoor courts, the flat silhouette with its clean design has gained a loyal following far beyond the playing field. Over the decades, the Spezial landed in the UK of the Eighties in the acid house and B-Boy scene, in dance halls, football terraces, and on urban asphalt. This version swaps the familiar suede for durable CORDURA® ripstop, adding a more functional touch. The Olive Strata green runs throughout the palette, grounded by shadow olive tones, while leather overlays and the logo add structure. Underneath lies the classic gum sole, maintaining the retro character. An earthy colorway for the cold season, where military-inspired ripstop meets the calm terrace DNA of the Spezial. Subdued, tactile, and without loud branding.
