For the past six years, March 26 has been marked in thick red on the calendars of the sneaker community. Because in 2014 Nike the historic date, on which the world's largest sports corporation launched the first Air Max 1 presented the first Air Max 1, as Air Max Day. Since then, the day of the sneaker giant's most popular and best-known design line has been celebrated by its fans around the world, and with it its inventor and mastermind Tinker Hatfield. Nike wouldn't be Nike if the Beaverton-based brand didn't celebrate the occasion with a regular stream of fresh special models and breathtaking events.
And here it comes: For Air Max Day 2020 asphaltgold has teamed up with Nike and is really kicking ass! Fully embracing the zeitgeist of sustainability, our Tiny House is built from wood and represents mobility and freedom. Tiny Houses are trendy because they are limited to the essentials and make efficient use of the available space. The optimized living space means fewer resources are needed for construction and operation. Goodbye wasted heating energy and annoying maintenance costs!
In consultation with the lucky winner, we adapt the interior of the Tiny House to their needs and set it up at their desired location within Germany. Whether showroom for your sneaker collection, home cinema or cozy chill area - the asphaltgold AMD 2020 Tiny House is your "home outside your home".
Air Max 2090: Nike releases new silhouette
And there's even more! To make the story round, we pack the Nike releases for Air Max Day 2020 on top. After models like Sean Wotherspoons Air Max 1/97, the Air VaporMax or the Atmos x Nike Air Max 1 *Elephant* generated a huge buzz in the past years, Nike lets us know with the Nike Air Max 90 SP *Reverse Duck Camo* and the Nike Air Max 2090 SP *Reverse Duck Camo* this year two more extremely hot sneakers from the stack. Following the 2013 collabo with Atmos, Nike once again relies on the combination of camo pattern and the iconic Infrared hue for both models. The Air Max 90 features a snakeskin swoosh as an extravagant detail, while the Air Max 2090 catchtes as a completely new silhouette with its futuristic look.
