    Rassvet, or in Cyrillic letters PACCBET, was founded in Moscow in 2016 by designer Gosha Rubchinskiy and skater Tolia Titaev. The name is derived from the Russian word for "sunrise". A fitting name for the young skate brand that wants to bring new impetus to the Russian and global skate scene.
