The Nike Vomero Plus is the premium version of the Vomero line – a silhouette that Nike has been offering as a comfort-oriented training line for over 15 years, starting as the Zoom Vomero+ in 2010. Instead of a mixed construction, the Plus features a full-length ZoomX midsole, Nike's most responsive foam. The Vomero Plus has a single-layer midsole made entirely of reactive, energy-rich ZoomX foam, providing a unique surface with noticeable bounce and energy return. This version comes in a muted grey mix of Iron Grey / Off Noir / Light Smoke Grey. A voluminous stack of full-length ZoomX supports the run, while the engineered mesh upper is made from soft, breathable yarn. A high-abrasion rubber outsole with a waffle-like pattern and cutouts saves weight, with generous rubber coverage in high-wear areas at the heel and forefoot. Despite its neutral design, the shoe feels more stable than many max-cushion trainers – high sidewalls support the heel and extend into the midfoot. Clear focus: recovery and long runs.
