    Karhu comes from Finland, founded in 1916 – first spears and skis, then running shoes that helped the “Flying Finns” achieve world-class times. With the Fusion 2.0, the brand brings back a silhouette that was considered one of the most technical running models of its time in 1996 and is now core to the brand. At its heart is the Fulcrum technology, developed with the University of Jyväskylä: a pivot point in the midsole that directs movement forward instead of upward. The Dark Gull Gray / Turtledove colorway keeps the palette intentionally muted – gray tones that blend together, giving the chunky silhouette a subtle, clean appearance. Nylon and mesh in the upper provide structure and lightness, while the textile logo remains minimal. Round lacing and the profiled rubber sole nod to the outdoors without losing an urban attitude.     The Finnish brand Karhu was founded in 1916 and initially produced javelins, discuses, and skis, followed a few years later by running shoes. Karhu sneakers are particularly well known for their Fulcrum technology. This was developed in 1987 and has since been tested and perfected at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland and Iowa State University in the USA. It provides the sneakers with targeted cushioning, enabling a more natural running feel and better acceleration.
