The Y-3 Regu 2002 Hi takes its cues from an influential early-2000s shoe — the Mei — and reinterprets the provocative design for today. Its renowned silhouette is crafted from soft leather, with additional leather overlays reminiscent of ornaments — a design steeped in the archival Y-3 aesthetic. Underneath, the tooling is enhanced with a slim Torsion plate, connecting heel to forefoot.
