    Women with visions: Reebok "It's a Man's World".

    Supporting women in a male-dominated world - that's the goal of Reebok's "It's a Man's World" campaign. As part of this, the brand celebrates creative and strong female personalities who break standards and do their own thing. Reebok's 2001 "It's a Women's World" campaign served as the inspiration, featuring female superstars who challenged cultural and gender stereotypes. The new initiative addresses gender equality and female empowerment in predominantly patriarchal industries - because this issue is as relevant today as it was 20 years ago.

    Reebok has implemented the concept in the form of a reinterpretation of all-time classics, which come with a soft upper made of smooth leather and stylish gum outsoles. As a special feature, the heel tabs have been adorned with the campaign's succinct slogan.


    We at asphaltgold also celebrate this attitude and didn't miss the chance to create a little editorial around the statement pieces ourselves. The three girls from our crew and community confidently combine Club C and Workout Lo Plus with a contrasting mix of figure-hugging bike shorts and oversized jackets - feminine vs. masculine! Because just like the slogan of the campaign puts it in a nutshell, we also think: GIRLS CAN DO AND WEAR WHATEVER THE FUCK THEY WANT!
