- How the betting game works:
- Participation is by filling out the participation form and handing it in on site.
- Only one participation is possible per participant.

- The data collected (name, result tip and email address) will be used in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of GDPR only with your consent and exclusively for conducting the prediction game and notifying the winners.
- After the competition has ended, your data will be deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.
- The data will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR.
- You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of your data as well as the right to data portability in accordance with Art. 15-20 GDPR.

- Legal recourse:
- Legal recourse is excluded.

- The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the betting game at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if proper execution can no longer be guaranteed (e.g. due to technical problems or legal reasons).
