Conditions of participation competition "Flight to Tokyo" during the instore Release Event for the collaboration Salomon x Asphaltgold XT-4 *Transit* :

1. Organizer
   Organizer of the competition is Asphaltgold GmbHHeidelberger Str. 129 ½, 64285 Darmstadt (hereinafter referred to as "Asphaltgold").
3. Participation period
   Participation is only possible on 26.07.2025 between 11:00 am and 19:00 o'clock in the store Asphaltgold Frankfurt (Berliner Str. 6060311 Frankfurt am Main) possible. The competition ends prematurely as soon as the prize provided for in the game mechanism (the flight tickets to Tokyo) has been won. In this case, further participation in the competition is no longer possible, even if the official participation period is still running.
5. Eligibility to participate
   Natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany are eligible to participate. Employees of Asphaltgold are excluded from participation.
7. Conditions of participation
   Every person who makes a purchase of the Salomon x Asphaltgold XT-4 in the Asphaltgold Frankfurt Store during the participation period is automatically entered into the competition. There is one chance to win per purchase.
9. Prize determination
   As part of the campaign, every purchaser of the Salomon x Asphaltgold XT-4 Transit has the chance to win the grand prize – two round-trip flight tickets to Tokyo, Japan (Economy Class, from/to Germany). The prize is hidden in one of the items sold on the day of the promotion. Whether a purchase includes the prize will be clearly determined on-site through a specially developed mechanism. Each purchaser has a one-time opportunity to check if their purchase contains the winning item. Later verification or participation is excluded. The winner will be announced directly in-store.

       Personal data (e.g. name, contact details, purchase details) will be collected as part of the competition. This data will be used by Asphaltgold GmbH exclusively for the purpose of carrying out and processing the competition and - if consent has been given for its own marketing purposes (e.g. newsletter dispatchproduct information, exclusive promotions) processed and used.
       The data will not be passed on to third parties. Consent to promotional use can be revoked at any time with effect for the future.
