• As part of the Asphaltgold Frankfurt team, you support local street culture.
• You will ensure that our community feels comfortable and valued in the Frankfurt store and provide them with coffee specialties, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks.
• You bring your creativity and impress with latte art that delights our customers.
• You keep our coffee bar, materials, and equipment in perfect condition and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• You ensure that our service standards and legal catering regulations are adhered to.
• You represent our corporate culture in an authentic way.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You are a student.
• Latte art is no stranger to you – you know how to operate a La Marzocco espresso machine and are proficient in preparing all common coffee and espresso specialties.
• You have experience as a barista and have already worked in the catering industry.
• You are communicative, a team player, and passionate about coffee culture and high-quality food.
• You work independently and are confident in dealing with stressful situations.
• You have experience with cash register systems and current quality and hygiene guidelines.
• You are well connected in the local scene and have a large local network.
