CRM MANAGER (M/F/D)

WHAT YOU DO WITH US

  • Expansion and optimization of CRM strategies and campaigns to increase customer loyalty.

  • Conception, planning and implementation of post-purchase marketing measures, including monitoring of KPIs for continuous optimization.

  • Implementation of multi-channel CRM measures in cooperation with other business units, such as UX & Tech Ops, Brand Marketing and Buying.
  • Monitoring and analysis of KPIs to identify optimization potential and ensure target achievement.
  • Consideration of customer needs and behavior as well as industry trends and competitive developments.


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed studies in business administration, marketing or a related subject.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM and online marketing.
  • Technical understanding and experience with CRM platforms and tools.
  • Customer centricity is not a buzzword for you and your data-driven way of working helps you develop segment-specific strategies and measures.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other business units.
  • Independent and proactive working style and organizational talent.
  • Previous experience in multi-brand retail and e-commerce (B2C) desirable.
  • Ideally a passion for sneakers, streetwear and the dynamics of hype commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
