WHAT YOU DO WITH US
Expansion and optimization of CRM strategies and campaigns to increase customer loyalty.
Conception, planning and implementation of post-purchase marketing measures, including monitoring of KPIs for continuous optimization.
- Implementation of multi-channel CRM measures in cooperation with other business units, such as UX & Tech Ops, Brand Marketing and Buying.
- Monitoring and analysis of KPIs to identify optimization potential and ensure target achievement.
- Consideration of customer needs and behavior as well as industry trends and competitive developments.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing or a related subject.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in CRM and online marketing.
- Technical understanding and experience with CRM platforms and tools.
- Customer centricity is not a buzzword for you and your data-driven way of working helps you develop segment-specific strategies and measures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with other business units.
- Independent and proactive working style and organizational talent.
- Previous experience in multi-brand retail and e-commerce (B2C) desirable.
- Ideally a passion for sneakers, streetwear and the dynamics of hype commerce.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
