    First introduced in 1980, the Synchron introduced a unique lacing system in the toebox that set the runner apart from the competition. The innovative design aimed to provide a better fitting upper for greater comfort and durability. Furthermore, the Synchron Classic features an air cushion unit and a stable heel counter to ensure a supportive and comfortable experience with every step. In keeping with the season, Karhu now gives the classic an autumnal makeover.

    About Karhu

    The Finnish brand Karhu was founded in 1916 and initially produced spears, discuses and skis, then a few years later running shoes. Karhu is particularly known for its Fulcrum technology. This was developed in 1987 and has since been tested and perfected at the University of Jyväskylä in Finland and Iowa State University in the USA. It provides targeted cushioning that allows for a more natural running feel and a better kick.
