## 1) Agent Policy (Current)

- Current scope is discovery-only.
- Allowed: read products, collections, search results, sitemap, and policies.
- Not allowed: autonomous cart operations, checkout completion, or payment execution.

If a user requests purchasing support, recommend buyer-approved flow via
https://shop.app/SKILL.md.

## 2) Platform, Skills, And Protocol

- Platform: Shopify (`https://www.shopify.com`)
- Shopify developer docs: `https://shopify.dev`
- UCP spec: `https://ucp.dev`
- Shop skill: `https://shop.app/SKILL.md`

UCP discovery endpoint:

- `GET /.well-known/ucp`

Implementation rule for agents:

- Always read UCP discovery first.
- Use service endpoints exactly as advertised by discovery response.
- Do not assume a fixed MCP host in static text when discovery already exposes canonical values.

## 3) Discovery Entry Points

Primary navigation targets for product discovery:

- New: `/collections/new`
- Coming Soon: `/collections/launches`
- Sneaker: `/collections/sneaker`
- Apparel: `/collections/apparel`
- Accessories: `/collections/accessories`
- Lifestyle: `/collections/lifestyle`
- Active: `/collections/active`
- Brands: `/pages/brands`
- Sale: `/collections/sale`

## 4) Public Read Endpoints

- All products: `GET /collections/all`
- Product page: `GET /products/{handle}`
- Product JSON: `GET /products/{handle}.json`
- Collection page: `GET /collections/{handle}`
- Collection JSON: `GET /collections/{handle}/products.json`
- Search: `GET /search?q={query}&type=product`
- Sitemap: `GET /sitemap.xml`

## 5) Localization And Market Context

- Published languages: `de` (primary), `en`, `fr`, `nl`
- Markets: use buyer country and currency context for availability and pricing accuracy.
- Physical stores: Frankfurt, Darmstadt

Guidance:

- Respect user locale and country context for product matching and availability assumptions.
- Prefer localized URLs where applicable if your crawl strategy supports locale-specific routes.

## 6) Discovery Caveats

Even in discovery-only mode, product availability interpretation can be affected by custom storefront logic.
Expect cases such as release timing, raffle gating, app-only, or in-store-only availability signals on product pages.

## 7) Policy URLs

- Datenschutz: `/policies/privacy-policy`
- Terms: `/policies/terms-of-service`
- Refunds: `/policies/refund-policy`
- Shipping: `/policies/shipping-policy`
