For their fourth collaboration with ASICS, Copenhagen-based NAKED took inspiration from the message of Uplifted Living. Their collaborative version of the iconic GEL-1130™ is vegan-friendly and made mostly from recycled materials, from the breathable mesh to the recycled faux leather overlays - even the laces are recycled! This pair is all about the retro look, with sage green and silver adorning the upper. The midsole is set off in Off White, sage green details and the black outsole complete the look.

Asics GEL
In 1986 Asics introduced GEL technology first on the Japan-exclusive Asics Freaks and then on the GT-II - and the rest is history. GEL technology works on both the rear and front of the foot by strategically placing the gel where it works best. Rearfoot GEL technology reduces impact at the heel and allows for a smooth roll-off, while in the forefoot it improves cushioning during forward movements. The GEL technology, formed from inert polymers to silicone, have been constantly developed to produce a substance that reduces the demands on the human body during sports.
