Fitting for spring, Asics releases the UB3-S GEL-Nimbus 9 in a stylish colorway! Lilac and pistachio tones adorn the upper. Studio Kiko Kostadinov also took an advisory role in this release. Unsurprisingly, the UB3-S GEL-Nimbus 9 exudes Kiko-typical 2000s runner vibes. Mesh uppers and synthetic leather overlays ensure style and comfort. The GEL damping and the TRUSSTIC support system may not be missing, of course!

Asics GEL
In 1986 Asics introduced GEL technology first on the Japan-exclusive Asics Freaks and then on the GT-II - and the rest is history. GEL technology works on both the rear and front of the foot by strategically placing the gel where it works best. Rearfoot GEL technology reduces impact at the heel and allows for a smooth roll-off, while in the forefoot it improves cushioning during forward movements. The GEL technology, formed from inert polymers to silicone, have been constantly developed to produce a substance that reduces the demands on the human body during sports.
