You've never seen the adidas Superstar like this before. This version pays homage to the world of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the ruthless supervillain Shredder. Fittingly, the black sneaker with its rubber outsole and smooth leather upper with metallic silver stripes reflects the look of one of the greatest comic book villains. The brand's legendary slogan, which is usually written in French on the tongue of the shoe, is written in Japanese characters on this version in a nod to Shredder's roots. And the classic ‘Superstar’ lettering on the side has been replaced by ‘Shredder’. The whole thing is rounded off with the well-known ‘COME FACE YOUR DOOM’ quote on the tongue. The special shoelace badge is also coordinated with the Ninja Turtles' opponent and three pairs of shoelaces add variety to your look. As a special finish, the shoe is packaged like action figures and comes with a reprint of the second issue of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, which was the inspiration for this drop.
